It all started when Mr. Deatras installed an antenna for internet connection at his home in 2020. A pandemic called Covid-19 were happening during that year. Most people were losing their jobs and businesses were closing down due to financial losses and to the various effects of the given circumstances. The said pandemic limited the physical interaction and transitioned to online communication set up. This became a dilemma as it limits the resources and opportunities to people. But not for Mr. Deatras, who has a keen mind and successfully provided an internet connection to his home through the antenna, viewed the pandemic as an opportunity to open a new business which is providing internet services in the humble barangays of Passi City. He started to install various antenna to friends and relatives’ home customized for their needs. Then, transitioned to the installation of Piso Wifi to different barangays and now providing additional services through installation of fiber optic cable to the home of different customers. This business continues to progress and expand as internet connection became one of the basic commodities since pandemic and as the world will never be the same again.
